Thuy Sindell is the President of Skyline Group's Coaching Division, an executive coach, and author. Skyline's Coaching Division manages over 170 coaches, facilitators and consultants worldwide. Thuy's executive coaching experience spans over 20 years with companies across a number of different industries and sizes from technology to insurance and from start ups to Fortune 500s.
Thuy is also the founder of two software start-ups; Hit the Ground Running (acquired by Kenexa) and Knowledge Genie. Thuy is also the author of four books, Hidden Strengths (May 2015, Berrett-Koehler), The End of Work as You Know It (Ten Speed Press, 2010), Job Spa (Adams Media, 2008), and Sink or Swim (Adams Media, 2006). She has blogs on Huffington Post and Psychology Today. She has been featured in Business Week, CNN, Forbes, Fortune, Investors Business Daily, NBC, and Washington Post.
Thuy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Her dissertation research focused on repatriation; she studied Hewlett-Packard's foreign-service employees to investigate their process of return to the U.S.
Milo Sindell has over fifteen years as a business and human capital expert. He worked as a senior consultant for Intel and later at Sun Microsystems in areas including strategy development and implementation, change management, knowledge management, and leadership and employee development. At Skyline he is focused on market positioning and product development for Skyline’s coaching technology solutions.
Milo has developed and launched a number of innovative productivity solutions Including cofounding Hit the Ground Running a pioneering employee performance software company in 2006. In 2010, Hit the Ground Running was acquired by Kenexa (now IBM).
He is the author of numerous articles on leadership and employee performance and four books in the area of employee performance: Sink or Swim (employee integration), Job Spa (employee engagement), and The End of Work as You Know It (employee engagement), Hidden Strengths. In addition, he has written and contributed to numerous articles in the field of employee performance and talent management. He has an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. His dissertation research focused on the motivational aspects of professional legacy.
Stacy Shamberger has over 20 years of business experience as a leader in Operations, HR, Finance and Sales. She has a proven track record of developing and leading innovative high impact strategic objectives and effective organizational initiatives for world class organizations, while growing revenue and market share, increasing employee performance and creating operational excellence.
Stacy has held leadership and executive positions with IBM, ADP, Citibank and Fischer Scientific and was an Adjunct Professor for two universities in Maryland in their Leadership and Executive Studies programs. Her passion is expanding business and developing people and she has a history of producing successful teams, developing emerging leaders and creating profitable businesses. Her leadership effectiveness has allowed her to win numerous awards and to be recognized within the organizations she serves as well as within the community
Stacy is a Certified Professional Coach, a Board Member of American University’s leadership program - GreatLeadersInspire.com, an active member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Professional Business Women of California. She is also an international speaker and published author, speaking and writing articles on topics such as leadership development, employee engagement, strategic business development and Human Capital Management.
She’s also a philanthropic supporter of the arts and organizations supporting youth development, the environment and animal safety. Stacy enjoys “the best of both worlds”, traveling between her residences in Maryland and Silicon Valley, CA.
